I actually live in India and the weather here is very hot at the moment (over 48°C in my office!). I used my laptop in an air-conditioned room and everything worked fine.

Webb25 apr. 2024 · Whenever I use my new surface laptop 3 (13.5 i7 256 16 RM) while it is plugged in, it gets very hot and the fan starts to work extensively. This only happens when the laptop is charging. The temperature is completely normal when it is on battery. I exchanged it at Microsoft store and the replacement had the same problem.
